SICB Renewal Policy

Beginning with the Boston 1998 meeting, SICB Annual Meetings are moving to January. SICB's registration policy states that in order to qualify for member registration rates, SICB membership must be current for the year in which the Annual Meeting is being held. Therefore, beginning with the 1998 renewal cycle, members will need to be renewed for the following year at the time they register if they want to attend the January meeting at the member rate. If members have not renewed when they submit their registration, they will be informed that they need to remit membership dues before being allowed to register at the member rate.

Members who register on-site and who are not renewed will be directed to the membership booth where they can remit payment for their dues. They will receive a receipt to take to the registration desk to certify that they are a current member of the society.
