Greetings from the DEE officers. We trust that you had an enjoyable and productive summer. We are looking forward to seeing you at the upcoming meetings in New Orleans in January. Please note that the meeting dates are January 5 through 9. It promises to be another great meeting. We are sponsoring a symposium organized by Michael J. Angilletta Jr.: "The Evolution of Thermal Reaction Norms for Growth Rate and Body Size in Ectotherms". We are also co-sponsoring a Society-wide symposium honoring George Bartholomew, organized by Raymond B. Huey and Gretchen E. Hofmann: "Integrative Biology: A Symposium Honoring George A. Bartholomew". There will be a social associated with this Symposium that you are encouraged to attend and don't miss our joint social with DIZ and AMS. We will be looking for judges for the best student papers, so if you are willing to judge a few papers, please contact Mike Temkin (mtemkin@stlawu.edu).
