Divisional Affiliation Change

Please note that beginning with the 1998 renewal cycle this fall, SICB will be moving to a two-primary divisional affiliation system. Members will be allowed to choose up to a maximum of two (2) divisional affiliations. However, members may opt to choose only one (1) divisional affiliation if so desired. There will no longer be "secondary" affiliations. Members will be allowed to vote in both divisions of their choice.
